We use PEP stores for delivery because they are reliable, cost-effective, and conveniently located throughout the country, making it easy for you to collect your order at a time that suits your schedule.
Delivery time depends on the option you choose. Standard delivery takes three to five business days and costs sixty rand, while express delivery takes seven to nine business days and costs one hundred and twenty rand. You will collect your order from your nearest PEP store, which you can select during checkout.
Yes, we offer exchanges but do not provide refunds at this time. If you would like to exchange your item, please send it back within twenty-four hours of receiving it using the PEP PAXI delivery service. To process the exchange, we must receive the PAXI return confirmation, which is sent to you via SMS, within twenty-four hours of you receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain quality and fairness for all our customers.
